Big thank you to the guys at the Krispy Kreme ‘pop up’ shop in The Glades, Bromley. They are always so friendly and helpful, a special mention to the manager, she is lovely. Thank you.

Recently visited the Enfeild drive thru, was brilliant. lovely fresh doughnuts. Very fast service.

After initially having a bad experience at Krispy Kreme Tesco Jarman Park, where there was no jam in the raspberry doughnuts we purchased. We spoke to Liesel at customer service who did an amazing job in reissuing us with vouchers to repurchase our doughnuts. Today I went to Krispy Kreme Thomas Sawyer Way, Watford, I went to the counter to hand the gentleman the vouchers, and the first thing he said to me were these are fraudulent vouchers and he can't accept them. I was taken aback as before he tested the vouchers to see if they could work he accused me of fraud. So following up from this I open my phone to show the conformation email from Liesel to show the vouchers were authentic. He didn't seem to acknowledge the proof I was providing and proceeded to call his manager along with taking pictures to send to her to see her opinion on them. This was highly embarrassing as there were people in the shop waiting to be served. Eventually he ended up calling the manager who told him to scan them to see if they would work. I DON'T WHY HE DIDN'T THINK TO DO THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE. This was really poor customer service disappointingly for a second time. I would've given them one star if Liesel hadn't provided good customer service in the first incident. You just can't accuse customers of fraud.

I recently ordered a dozen assorted ring doughnuts online for home delivery for the first time and was not disappointed! Everything went smoothly and the doughnuts were fabulous as usual. I usually buy Krispy Kremes from Tesco and it made such a nice change getting them delivered, I'd highly recommend you give them a go, Customer service is also excellent and reponses to my emails were usually within the same day, brilliant. Yes delivery is around £4 but as a treat you cannot go wrong, no complaints here, I will be back :)

I waited 50 minutes for a Uber Eats order Krispy Kreme order, then it was simply cancelled with no further explanations or apologies "It could not be delivered". The delivery person was assigned, meaning the order was getting ready. It seems closing the shop asap is more important for Krispy Kreme then honouring their confirmed orders. Even if they couldn't do it, it doesn't take 50 minutes to figure it out.

Utterly shambolic placed an order via deliveroo for 24 I chose what ones me and the wife wanted. Delivery took over 90 minutes when it arrived there was only a dozen. They where stale dry and rather revolting.

Donuts were not delivered even though a delivery confirmation was sent out. I tried all the neighbours none of them received it by mistake. Have sent several emails with no response. I have also sent several messages to their Instagram all have been ignored and I spent over and hour on the phone waiting in a queue which lead no where. The company is unreachable the customer service if any is appalling. At the very least I would like a refund however at this point I don’t think they will ever respond to me. If you look on their Instagram comments it looks like most people never received their deliveries this weekend and no one has been able to get a hold of the company or customer service team. I’m not one to usually leave a bad review even after terrible service however at this point I am doing anything to try and make contact with the company as I am owed a full refund.

Donuts not delivered, no explanation via email, hang up phone when I ring (when I even get through to the helpline). Absolutely shoddy customer service, they're a joke.

When they take an order for a special day it would be nice if I were to get them on the day rather than to receive a ‘these have been delivered’ message and no doughnuts. Being refunded is all well and good but I don’t have the doughnuts to give to my other half on her birthday.

Received a delivery of 12 valentine's donuts today.. Box has been opened and 4 missing. Box retaped using DPD tape.With covid, that is just vile.Have reported to Krispy Kreme and eagerly awaiting confirmation of refund... Never again !!!!!

I placed an order for my sons birthday and it’s didn’t arrive. I called and asked for it to be resent and was sent a support desk ticket with nothing in it and it’s not been updated. I’ve been in hold for 20 mins and no answer? (Not the first time) What shall I do next? Edit - Is this a paid number? My mobile phone provider has just texted to say I’ve used half my spend cap. Never happened before. Do not use. Seems super scammy.

Simply loving every flavor of donuts from Krispy Kreme! Keep it up and more flavors to come this 2021.
